Congratulations! You have booked your very own storage compartment. Before entering their STORE ROOM, make sure that the STORE ROOM application is installed on your phone. You will need this to unlock the parking barrier and the main entrance to the building, as well as your storage compartment. It’s super easy – you don’t even need a key! A free WLAN ensures optimal connectivity – even if you don’t have fast Internet on your cell phone or your data quota has been used up.

Our storage rooms are available in many different sizes. From a locker, which is 1m³ in size, to our largest storage room with a size of 54 m². Why not take a look at the various options here?

Choose from 4 different booking periods of 1 week, 4 weeks, 26 weeks and 52 weeks, which are always automatically extended after expiry.

There is no cancellation period. If you no longer need your storage compartment, you can cancel it directly in your customer account and it will no longer be renewed after the booked period has expired. Before the end of the booking period, you then vacate your storage compartment, we check it and refund your deposit.

Even if you want to return your storage space, STORE ROOM makes it as easy as possible!

As soon as you know when you no longer need your storage unit, you can cancel it directly in your customer account and there will be no further renewals after the booked period has expired.

To do this, log into your customer profile on our homepage, click on the compartment overview in the next step and you will then find the button to cancel in your booking.

Before the end of the booking period, you will then vacate your storage compartment, we will check it and refund your deposit.

You have year-round, 7-day, 24-hour unrestricted access to your storage space. Of course, also on all holidays. So you can always pick up what you need from the storage room, whenever you need it.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.
