At STORE ROOM we have made it our mission to protect the rainforest. That is why we purchase one m² of rainforest in Costa Rica for every m² of storage space booked with us.
We support Project "COBIGA" (Corredor Biológico La Gamba), which aims to connect the lowland rainforests of the Golfo Dulce with the mountain rainforests of the Fila Cal through land acquisition – to prevent rainforest fragmentation and combat erosion through reforestation of fallow land.

When the location south of Vienna was built, a dedicated photovoltaic plant was installed – one of the largest self-consumption power plants in Lower Austria. It not only covers STORE ROOM's own energy needs but also supplies neighbouring consumers.
Our goal is to gradually transition all further locations to CO₂-neutral operations.
