The vision behind STORE ROOM
STORE ROOM GmbH was founded in 2018 by Martin Kopf and is part of Kopf Holding GmbH. With over 30 years of experience in warehouse rental, Martin Kopf is the owner and driving force behind STORE ROOM. Our goal is to become the leading self-storage brand in Europe and provide our customers with a unique, flexible and state-of-the-art storage experience.
Storage locations in Vienna
Our first Smart Selfstorage opened in 2019 in Brunn am Gebirge, followed by two more locations in Vienna in 2021. Our locations offer a variety of options: Vienna South with a total area of 9000 m² and 3 floors, Vienna North with 137 storage compartments, car and truck entrances as well as a free customer garage, and City 1030 on Rennweg, in the middle of the city, with 3 meter high storage compartments.

By digitizing our booking, management and access systems, we offer solutions that are far superior to other self-storage providers in terms of flexibility, transparency and user-friendliness. We support each of our customers in fulfilling their individual mission by providing suitable storage compartments for relocation, business or hobby.
