Experience the smart booking at STORE ROOM and get to your personal self-storage compartment in just a few steps:
1. Determine the right size for your storage unit
Call us, we will be happy to advise you: 0800 300 880 or use our online storage space calculator to estimate your space requirements.
2. Book your storage compartment conveniently online
Choose the storage size, term, insurance and payment terms that suit you, plus optional packaging material. Discover the online booking of the locations.
3. Download the STORE ROOM app
After completing your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps, especially the STORE ROOM app download. Once you have successfully installed the app, you will have 24/7 access to your compartment and can manage it fully digitally.
4. Store your items
The app not only gives you round-the-clock access to your storage compartment, but also allows you to conveniently unlock the parking barrier and the main entrance to the building – without a key! Transport aids/trolleys are available on the premises. If required, we can also offer you a free rental van.

We offer a large selection of storage units in various sizes – from compact 1m² lockers to large 50 m² storage units.

You have unrestricted access to your storage unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Even on public holidays, of course. So you can pick up what you need from the storage room at any time, whenever you need it.
Choose from 4 different booking periods of 1 week, 4 weeks, 26 weeks and 52 weeks, which are always automatically extended after expiry.
There is no notice period. If you no longer need your storage unit, cancel it directly in your customer account and there will be no further extension after the booked period has expired. You then vacate your storage unit before the end of the booking period, we carry out a final check and refund your deposit.
If you no longer need your compartment, you can cancel your compartment booking in your customer account. The last paid day is then the end date by which you must vacate your compartment. We will then check it and refund your deposit.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00.

There are no booking fees with us.
You pay a deposit of 8 weeks’ rent from the undiscounted basic price when you book – this will of course be returned to you when you move out.
Safety comes first at STORE ROOM.
We have taken the most modern security precautions at all locations to protect your stored goods in the best possible way – but since there is always a certain residual risk, we want to protect and insure you as a customer in the best possible way!
That’s why we offer you basic insurance with cover for €4,000 worth of goods for just €1.40 per week.
The insurance can of course be flexibly adapted to higher storage values. An additional fee of € 0.35 per week then applies for each additional € 1,000 of goods value.
STORE ROOM works together with Donau Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group.
We wouldn’t be the most convenient provider if we didn’t make this problem super easy to solve – so yes, you can!

No, we deliberately do NOT have electricity in our storage rooms.
We could not guarantee complete safety if we offered electricity in the storage rooms. The risk of fire due to electrical damage would be too great and your safety and that of your belongings is STORE ROOM’s top priority.

It is very important to us that all our customers feel welcome and see their storage unit as an extension of their home.
Yes, of course!
All our STORE ROOM locations are barrier-free and you can transport your items from the main entrance to your storage compartment without barriers. To make it even more convenient for you, transport trolleys are available in the entrance area!

Transport aids (trolleys) are available free of charge in the entrance area of all our locations!
At our STORE ROOM location “Vienna South” in Brunn am Gebirge, you can also hire a forklift including driver for a fee.
