Buildings & Accesses
- The warehouse and the entrance area are 100% video monitored around the clock. Except, of course, your storage room, because that's where you are at home.
- The entire building and, of course, your storage room are monitored around the clock for fire protection. In addition, permanent monitoring of humidity and temperature is also carried out. Damit können Sie auch sensible Gegenstände, wie zum Beispiel Möbel oder Kunst bei uns einlagern ohne sich um Ihr Hab und Gut sorgen zu müssen.

The entire building and, of course, your storage room is alarmed around the clock. In addition, the humidity as well as the temperature is also monitored around the clock. This allows you to store even sensitive items, such as furniture or art with us without having to worry about your belongings.
If you ever leave your storage room open unintentionally, we will notify you immediately and can also lock the door again for you at any time. This means that you and your valuable items are always on the safe side.

Ensure the safety of the storage rooms
In order to ensure safety in the building, the following items are expressly prohibited in our warehouse:
- Valuables, such as cash, savings books, jewelry, securities
- Perishable goods and any kind of living creatures (dead or alive)
- Items that do not withstand usual temperature and humidity conditions
- Objects and materials which may affect the lessor or third parties due to disturbing odors, smoke, noise or other emissions
- Hazardous items, especially highly flammable materials (gases, paints, gasolines, oils, solvents); weapons, ammunition, explosives and other explosive materials; chemicals, radioactive materials, biological warfare agents, toxic waste, asbestos, or other potentially hazardous materials
- Waste materials, such as hazardous waste
- Any object or substance the possession of which is not generally permitted under the legislation in force
