That’s why we offer a range of services to help you use your storage unit as conveniently as possible:
Storage room tour
Do you want to make sure that the self-storage unit you have chosen meets your needs? Then schedule a viewing and see for yourself!
During the viewing, you can check the size and location of the unit, learn about the security measures and access to the facility, and clarify any questions regarding the contract and costs.
Simply and conveniently book the viewing appointment that suits you best through our appointment tool!
Transport assistance
The early booker drives the van! If you don’t have a suitable vehicle for transporting your belongings, we are happy to assist you with our vans.
When you book a STORE ROOM storage unit, we provide you with one of our transport vans for 4 hours, including 100 free kilometers! You only need to pay for fuel based on consumption and an insurance fee of €24.90 per rental.

If you need a van, please contact us by phone or email after booking your storage unit.
If you prefer to have the entire transportation handled by professionals, we are happy to recommend one of our trusted partner companies (e.g. dasumzugsteam.at).
On-Site Trolleys
Convenient loading and unloading without the hassle? No problem at STORE ROOM! At all our locations, you will find practical trolleys and transport aids.
And at our STORE ROOM Vienna South location, we even provide a forklift with an operator to unload trucks without a loading ramp at ground level. You can book the forklift with an operator for only € 55,- per hour plus VAT.
Parcel acceptance
STORE ROOM Vienna South offers a convenient parcel service. You no longer have to receive and transport your parcel yourself, our team will take care of it. Your parcel will be deposited at our office and you can then easily store it in your storage room. Collection from the office is free of charge.
If you would like our team to store your parcel directly in your storage room, we charge a service fee of only € 6.90 incl. VAT per storage for a usual quantity that can be carried by one person without assistance. For larger quantities and more frequent storage, we will be happy to provide you with an individual offer.
Easy disposal
Create space: Disposal made easy.
It’s normal for many items to accumulate over time that are no longer needed. Whether it’s outdated technology, documents, or simply useless things, it can be liberating to let go of them.
For business customers in particular, the question often arises of what to do with documents after the retention periods?
STORE ROOM is happy to assist by connecting you with certified providers, but we also have the right disposal service available for all other cases, whether private or commercial.
Insurance
Security is the top priority at STORE ROOM.
We have taken the most modern security precautions at all locations to protect your stored goods in the best possible way – but since there is always a certain residual risk, we want to protect and insure you as a customer in the best possible way!
That’s why we offer you basic insurance with cover for goods worth € 4,000 for just € 1.40 per week. The insurance can of course be flexibly adapted to higher storage values.
Storage unit surveillance
Would you like to be able to look at your STORE ROOM storage compartment at any time, even from a distance?
Then install your own storage room surveillance camera!
For optimal surveillance, we recommend a battery-powered and WiFi-capable camera that you can connect to our STORE ROOM WiFi free of charge.
This way you always have a direct view of your warehouse, even when you’re not on site.
STORE ROOM App
With the STORE ROOM app, you always have your storage with you and can manage and open it conveniently from anywhere.
The app gives you a convenient overview of your storage unit, including location, size and number. It is also your digital key to your storage compartment. Simply click on “Open” in the app and off you go!
The app also allows you to grant access to your storage unit to friends or family members. With just a few clicks in the app, you can provide them with access without having to be present on-site.
