Choose from 4 different booking periods of 1 week, 4 weeks, 26 weeks and 52 weeks, which are always automatically extended after expiry.
There is no notice period. If you no longer need your storage unit, you can cancel it directly in your customer account and there will be no further extension after the booked period has expired. You then vacate your storage unit before the end of the booking period, we carry out a final check and refund your deposit.
If you no longer need your compartment, you can cancel your compartment booking in your customer account. The last paid day is then the end date by which you must vacate your compartment. We will then check it and refund your deposit.
The deposit must be paid immediately when booking your storage unit. The first rental period will be charged automatically from the selected start or move-in date using the payment method provided. You can choose from numerous payment options in the online booking tool. If there is no suitable option for you, our customer service team will be happy to help.
You can start the rental at any time – you decide when to start. The minimum rental period is one week. If you take advantage of our 4-week free promotion, the minimum term is extended accordingly to 8 weeks.
You can also flexibly adjust the rental period to suit your needs. There are four payment intervals to choose from: weekly, every 4 weeks, every six months (26 weeks) or annually.
All rental contracts are for an indefinite period and are automatically renewed unless notice of termination is given.
