The Advent calendar is organized by STORE ROOM.

2. participation period

Participation in the STORE ROOM Advent calendar is possible from December 1 to 24, 2025.
Every day a new door is opened, behind which a prize, a discount promotion or a special goodie is hidden.
In addition, our new customer promotion runs throughout the month of December with up to 32% discount on stock bookings – regardless of the daily Advent promotions.

3. eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Austria are eligible to participate.
existing customers are automatically entered into the prize draw, provided they have a valid customer relationship with STORE ROOM during the promotion period.
STORE ROOM employees and their relatives are excluded from participation.

4. procedure for participation

There is an individual promotion or prize opportunity behind each door.
Participants can take part by clicking on the “Take part” button and entering their email address in the field provided.
They only officially take part in the respective daily prize draw when they submit this registration.

5. prizes and promotions

There are discount codes, small goodies and gifts from STORE ROOM and our cooperation partners to be won.
The respective prizes or promotions are announced daily.
Cash payment, transfer or conversion of the prizes is excluded.

6. determination of winners and notification

The daily prizes will be drawn collectively at the end of December or in the first week of January 2026. If it is a competition, the winners will be selected at random.
Winners will be notified by email.
If winners do not respond within 7 days, they forfeit their claim to the prize and a new draw may be held.

7. shipping and redemption

Non-cash prizes will be sent to the winners free of charge or, if desired, can be collected at one of our STORE ROOM locations in person.
Discount codes and vouchers can be redeemed individually at any time, but cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
The December promotion “Up to 32% discount“ applies exclusively to stock bookings made by new customers between December 1 and 31, 2025.
STORE ROOM accepts no liability for any technical problems, transmission errors or delays in shipping.

8. data protection

STORE ROOM processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of implementing the Advent calendar (e.g. for notifying and sending prizes).
Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary to process the campaign – in particular to cooperation partners if they send the prize directly.

9. change or cancel the action

STORE ROOM reserves the right to change, adapt or prematurely terminate the Advent calendar at any time if this is necessary for technical, legal or organizational reasons.

10. other

Legal recourse is excluded.
Should any provision of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
These conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Republic of Austria.
