Right of withdrawal pursuant to § 13a FAGG
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction – you will not be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you have requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Pursuant to § 17 of the STORE ROOM GmbH Terms and Conditions and §§ 11 et seq. FAGG. This online withdrawal function complies with the requirements of § 13a FAGG (VerbRÄG 2026, in force from 19 June 2026). The complete withdrawal information can be found in the Terms and Conditions under point 17.
