The increasing customer demand for autonomous and mobile handling inspired experienced entrepreneur Martin Kopf to introduce this concept in the self-storage industry. Thus, he founded STORE ROOM GMBH.
Thanks to innovative technology, the first Smart Self Storage facility opened in 2019 in Brunn am Gebirge, located in the south of Vienna. Since then, STORE ROOM has established itself as a pioneer in this field.
STORE ROOM offers its customers 24/7 access to all their storage units through their smartphones, enabling a simple and fast management of all storage activities.
Not only can customers conveniently book online and access their storage units anytime, but they can also share access authorization with others. This is particularly ideal for families or commercial clients with multiple employees, as it eliminates the need for physically handing over keys.
Due to its positive business development, two additional locations were opened in 1030 and 1200 Vienna in 2021.
